Keane Environmental Ltd. proudly supplied Blanchfield Heating and Duggan Brothers delivering pipe solutions for the sanitary and potable water in the construction of a state-of-the-art 50-bed nursing wing at St. Vincent’s Community Nursing Unit, Mountmellick Campus.
The project encompasses a range of complex construction activities, including underground service diversions, demolition of existing structures, integration with the current facility, and the temporary and permanent relocation of key campus services such as the central plant, laundry, and ESB substation.
With a focus on sustainable efficiency, 2-inch pre-insulated pipe, renowned for its hyper-flexibility and exceptional thermal efficiency was specified. This innovative piping system ensures the efficient distribution of potable, sanitary, and heating water while preventing any heat loss, making it an ideal choice for this modern healthcare facility.
