Coopers Cross is Ireland’s first building to be certified platinum under SmartScore, a globally recognised intelligent building certification system which includes light, heat, airflow, security and access.
When complete, the six-acre campus will provide more than 93,000 square metres of mixed-use space including 471 apartments, offices, retail, and cultural space. We were delighted to work with Metec and Designer Group on this project, supplying 900 Diffusion fancoil units and 4,500 Gilberts grilles.

With a stringent energy rating criteria mandating best-in-class SFP levels, the Diffusion 270EC Fan Coil was specified due to its unparalleled efficiency performance, the EnergySaver FCUs boast the lowest Specific Fan Powers (SFPs) on the market.
By integrating this cutting-edge technology, Metec and Designer Group ensured optimal air circulation and comfort for occupants while significantly reducing the building’s environmental footprint.

Stylish, modern and sleek the Gilberts PG diffusers offer leading air movement technology provides a modern yet discreet range of diffusers designed to blend effectively into modern ceiling styles and profiles.
Conveniently the diffuser face incorporates a double hinge mechanism which allows for easy access to internals both for cleaning and for damper or cassette setting or adjustment.
